For most of us life is very mechanical in nature. We go through the daily grind in an auto-pilot mode. We jump from one task to another that we don't have time to reflect on why we are doing what we are doing. At some point we realize this sense of emptiness in us although for the outside world we lead a "normal" life. It is then we want to go back to that state of happiness we once enjoyed as a new born.
At this point we do a turnaround and want to go back to that state. However, for this we need to overcome the years of conditioning that we are subject to. As a first step we need to understand our self, inner self to be precise so we can do that
