Ecommerce has been by far the biggest disruptor in the retail industry. And the potential in India is immense. As per a report by the Boston Consulting Group on digital consumer spending, digital transactions in India are estimated to be at a $ 100 billion opportunity by 2020. Ecommerce platforms have provided a level playing field for smaller, more innovative brands to compete with retail giants for market share. It also gives business owners, regardless of where they are geographically, a global showcase for their products, and the ability to market their store to win a loyal customer base.
Presenting four women with strong design backgrounds who have each created their very own brands and successful online stores with GlobalLinker’s ecommerce platform.
